Overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil works, cleaning and specialist services, he brings a decade of experience and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Known for his calm efficiency and precision, he is dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of horses, staff, and visitors.
Khaled Fahmy
Senior Finance Manager
Bringing over 20 years of experience, Khaled Fahmy leads our Finance and Procurement department. Since joining the team in 2024, he has strengthened our financial governance, planning, and transparency, and he takes pride in helping The Royal Stables grow sustainably and efficiently. Holding a Master’s in Sports Management from ISDE, Khaled’s successful career has seen him work with major UAE sporting institutions such as the sports clubs of Al Jazira and Al Ain.
Christian George Allderidge
Equestrian Manager
Originally from the UK, Christian Allderidge has over a decade of international experience in horsemanship, coaching, and management. Passionate about horse riding since he was a child, he holds British Horse Society qualifications up to Stage 5. Previously the Club Manager of the prestigious Lo Wu Saddle Club in Hong Kong, he guided the Hong Kong Youth Eventing Team to multiple podium finishes. Today, he leads our Equestrian Department with a philosophy built on trust and partnership, and he remains committed to developing young horses and riders, and fostering an environment that nurtures equestrian excellence.
Karim Abu Shaban
Operations & Project Manager
As Operations and Project Manager, Karim Abu Shaban oversees our non-equestrian operations and development projects. Since joining in April 2024, he has worked to enhance guest experience, streamline systems, and deliver the long-term vision of The Royal Stables. A certified project manager with experience at PwC and the Royal Commission for AlUla, Karim blends heritage and innovation in every initiative. He finds purpose in transforming ideas into reality, and helping to shape the next chapter of The Royal Stables’ growth.
Salma Dahra
Marketing & Horse Event Coordinator
Born in Rabat, Morocco, Salma Dahra combines creativity and equestrian passion in her role as Marketing and Horse Event Coordinator. Bringing a background in Horse Business Management and event leadership in both Morocco and the UAE, she is skilled at planning and delivering horse shows, community events, and marketing campaigns that celebrate the heritage and spirit of The Royal Stables. Driven by a desire to introduce families to the joys of horse riding and create meaningful and memorable experiences for everyone who visits the stables, she brings knowledge and energy to every element of her work.
Sudheer Lal
Senior Specialist, Procurement & Inventory
Part of The Royal Stables for eight years, Sudheer Lal is a trusted member of the team. Responsible for procurement and inventory, he manages the entire supply process, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and equipment across departments. Originally from India, Sudheer has a strong background in logistics and system implementation. Reliable and good humoured, he is skilled at keeping everything running quietly and smoothly behind the scenes.
Pawan Mehta
Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, Pawan Mehta ensures that the financial operations at The Royal Stables are accurate, transparent, and well managed. A skilled Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience, he oversees our budgeting, reporting, system integration, and ERP implementation. Originally from India, Pawan was drawn to The Royal Stables for its calm and professional environment. Known for his practical approach, he adds consistency and financial oversight to every project and initiative he works on.
Arjay Gonzales
Senior IT Support Engineer
As Senior IT Support Engineer of The Royal Stables, Arjay brings a proactive, service-first approach to maintaining smooth digital operations. Responsible for managing the estate’s infrastructure and software, he ensures that every system remains reliable and secure. A typical day for him can involve user support, network monitoring, and coordinating with vendors to minimise downtime. Originally from the Philippines, he brings extensive experience supporting corporate and hospitality environments in the UAE, and he is motivated by an ambition to help everyone work more efficiently.

Human Resources & Admin Manager
Responsible for aligning HR and operations with the long-term goals of The Royal Stables, Edna leads the people strategy of The Royal Stables. Holding an MBA and several international certifications, including CIPD Level 5, Diversity & Inclusion, and Hay job evaluation, Edna oversees recruitment, employee relations and compliance whilst driving continuous development and staff engagement. Originally from India, she is known for her professionalism and empathy, and her talent for creating a positive workplace culture and systems that support both people and performance.
Yasin Adam
Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager Yasin manages the estate’s redevelopment and construction initiatives. Holding degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from UK universities, he brings more than a decade of experience managing high-value projects across the UK and UAE. At The Royal Stables, he leads the planning, design coordination and delivery for every major project, prioritising safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Passionate about creating functional and beautiful facilities that enhance life for both horses and riders, Yasin values teamwork and clear communication as the foundation of every successful project.
Philippe
Senior Farrier
Part of The Royal Stables for over 25 years, Philippe leads the farrier team and oversees the hoof care of all every horse and pony on the estate. Trained at Haras National du Pin in Normandy, he specialises in orthopaedic shoeing and works closely with veterinarians to ensure comfort, balance, and performance for every horse. Highly respected within the equestrian community and known for his craftsmanship, precision and care, he takes pride in mentoring junior farriers and passing on his expertise to the next generation. For him, helping any horse achieve improved movement and wellbeing is a rewarding moment.
Eleni
Riding Instructor
Originally from the UK and raised in France, Eleni Swift is entering her fourth season as a Riding Instructor at The Royal Stables. Holding a degree in Equestrian Business from Saumur and various British Horse Society qualifications, she teaches riders of all levels, trains the horses, leads Pony Club activities and supports the Para Dressage team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Bringing a structured and encouraging approach, she helps students build confidence through discipline and understanding. Passionate about continuous learning, she finds fulfilment in guiding riders toward new milestones, both in terms of skills and personal growth.
